Kenney and co-presenter Scott Tellier highlighted the risk-reward nature of the digital home. That is, the rewards can be significant, given the revenue opportunity, but so too are the risks. Service providers need to ensure they are delivering an experience that not only meets customer’s evolving expectations in a digital world, but also does not damage that existing relationship, should they fall short.
